At Vermola, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Be free from damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Used or damaged items not caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
